Lantana Property Management Experts is a full-service boutique brokerage specializing in Residential Property Management. Founded in 2018 by Las Vegas native Angela Valdez, Lantana was built on the belief that investors deserve more than basic management — they deserve protection, strategy, and long-term partnership.
Yes, we collect rent, place qualified tenants, sign leases, coordinate repairs and renovations, manage HOA violations, ensure compliance with state law, and respond to emergencies.

Angela Valdez began her real estate career in 2003 and has built her expertise around strategic liability mitigation in Residential Property Management. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she brings deep local knowledge and is multilingual—speaking English, Spanish, Thai, and Lao—which allows her to support a diverse client base.
Beyond her operational work, Angela is deeply passionate about mentorship. Whether guiding clients through their investment goals or helping her team grow into the highest versions of themselves, she finds purpose in building people up, developing confidence, and unlocking potential.

Senior Property Manager
Val boasts a wealth of experience as a senior property manager, with a career in real estate that began at the age of 16. Val was introduced to the industry as an assistant property manager. Val has been a licensed and practicing property manager since 2011. Hailing from Las Vegas, Val has a deep connection to the city where she was born and raised. A love for the outdoors defines Val’s interests outside the professional realm.
Quality time with family is a top priority, Val also enjoys hiking, fishing, and hunting—immersing herself in the splendor of nature. Known for thinking outside the box, Val approaches challenges with an innovative mindset, always seeking creative solutions to any issues that may arise.

Property Manager
Malia Jose has been licensed since 2023 and has quickly become a valued member of the Lantana team. With a genuine passion for helping people, she is known for her strong communication skills and the trust she builds with clients, who often say they feel comfortable with her because she always has their best interests at heart.
Originally from California but a Las Vegas resident since early adulthood, Malia is practically a local. She thrives in organization, structure, and continuous learning—her work is truly her passion. Outside of Real Estate, Malia is a proud dog mom, a committed lifelong learner, and a person of faith. She loves attending church every Sunday and finds strength and grounding in her spiritual life.
