With over 14 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate Sales we take pride in offering a tailored experience to our sellers, buyers and investors. Our mission is not only to raise the customer service standards in the Real Estate Industry, but also to impact every person we come in contact with in a positive way. We believe our success is driven by the success of our clients and for this we are a valuable asset to have at your side.  

Lantana Real Estate guides our clients through the issues arising from being a Landlord. We are improving the level of customer service beyond what any client has experienced in the industry thus far, one client at a time.

Meet the Broker

Angela Valdez a Southern Nevada native began her Real Estate career in 2003 and became a licensed property manager in 2004. In 2012 she obtained her Broker – Salesperson license while still holding an active Property Management permit. Trilingual speaks Spanish, Thai/Lao and English.

Carolina Quiriarte

Carolina has recently joined the Lantana team, poised to become a future Property Manager. While she is a newcomer to the real estate industry, Carolina brings a rich and accomplished history in management across various domains. Her forward-thinking approach, characterized by a unique blend of creativity and a strong personal and professional growth ambition, sets her apart.

Beyond her career pursuits, Carolina finds joy in exploring music and fashion, coupled with a passion for travel. However, despite her love for exploring new places, she takes immense pride in calling Las Vegas home.
